These can be reissued on or after 17-05-2008 on completion of annual stock taking. Following M.Tech. students are requested to immediately submit the balance payment for the courses they have studied.

Students who are going to be to be awarded with Prizes during the 5th Convocation are required to be present in Giani Ditt Singh Auditorium for the rehearsal at 9:30 am on 5th April 2008. In connection with the forthcoming university examinations, all students of (batch 2004),who are having re-appear in any subject are required to submit re-appear examination forms along with fee of Rs.550/- per semester (Rs. 50/-cost of Exams form & Rs. 500/- Univ. Exams Fees). Also if any of these students want to apply for re-evaluation he/she is required to submit the re-evaluation form on the following date along with a fees of Rs.500/- per subject between 9:00a.m. to 12:30p.m.
The students who have re-appear in internal assessment are also directed to submit Registration Form along
with fees of Rs.100/- per semester by this date. Any discrepancy in the declared result be brought to the notice of Academic Section within three working days of the result displayed. There will be no Mtech classes on 22nd March and 23rd March on account of Holi and Shaheedi Divas S. Bhagat Singh Ji. March 21st 2008 shall be observed as a closed holiday on account of Holi & Good Friday. All faculty and staff not on essential duty may avail the same. Staff detained on essential duty shall be notified by the respective incharge.
In connection with the forthcoming university examinations, all those who have not deposited the examination forms for Regular Exams or Re-appear Exams whose result has been declared upto now are directed to deposit the examination forms along with fees of Rs. 500/- per semester by 26-3-2008.
